Senior Business Economist as Group Controller (m/f/d)

The Group Controlling is your core task: creation of reports and analyses (ad hoc as well as planned), further development of our BI and reporting processes and tools, support of the consolidated audit/consolidation. You actively contribute to the operational planning process of the entire group and support the under-year earnings and balance sheet planning. You prepare the development of balance sheet, cash flow and key figures to evaluate and comment on them afterwards - also to support annual business planning and under-year forecasts. You also contribute to the creation of management reports and advisory documents for the entire NVL in Germany and abroad. Through your cooperation in the development of our policies (document, introduction and accompaniment) as well as in projects in the Group Controlling (system and structure development) you will strengthen our company in the long term. Last but not least, you are in close contact with the employees of our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad as a contact person for internal reporting.

Complete studies, e.g. BWL, Economics or Industrial Engineering with a multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in the Group Controlling or Business Controlling of an internationally active group of companies, are desirable. Know-how in accounting and consolidation (according to HGB and IFRS) as well as in common BI tools and data warehouse applications Impressed communication strength in German and English as well as profound experience in dealing with MS Office A plus, no need: Experience with consolidation or reporting tools High understanding of complex facts, solution-oriented thinking and independent action As a careful organizational institution, you can master challenges both independently and in cooperation with a team, while you always keep in mind deadlines and appointments Standing for occasional missions (10 %)
