These challenges include: You work in the team on administrative and organizational issues and take individual tasks independently

You support the development of labour law measures up to termination in compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements

You participate in various discussions with employees, executives, works councils and other stakeholders

You support the development of training concepts on labour law and safety for managers and personnel managers

You support the development of work security measures in compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements

You participate in job accidents and support for follow-up actions

You create documents and presentations for various HR topics

You work with team-wide events and projects, for example at the setting days at the Untertürkheim site of holiday workers,

You support the setting process in recruitment and onboarding successor interns

The activity can begin from March 2026.

degree course in the field of economics, economics, humanities and social sciences; ideally with a focus on staff/work law/economic law or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Openness and curiosity and the willingness to join the team
