Ensuring ongoing SAP-EWM operation Active cooperation in 2nd and 3rd level support and contact for the (Global) key users in business Working in the further development and design of the SAP EWM service offering in coordination with our business partners Cooperation and (partial) project management in innovative SAP EWM projects incl. Requirements analysis, conception, implementation and testing and production Consulting and support our business partners for process management, optimization and development and design of logistics business processes in the SAP EWM as well as SAP-ERP WM/MM-IM application landscape Creation and implementation of solution concepts in particular in the field of warehouse management with EWM and connection of external third-party applications such as e.g. MFS, PickbyVoice, High-bay storage systems etc Support in creating program, system and user documentation Participation in coordinating external IT service providers Coordination and active cooperation in the implementation and testing of software components and developments This location can be occupied at the locations in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Bremen, Kiel, and Unterlüß or possibly remotely.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background Multiannual professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in the SAP EWM environment with comparable tasks Knowledge about business processes in the field of warehouse and inventory management and adjacent logistics processes Good to very good knowledge in the field of SAP EWM and adjacent SAP ERP modules (Customizing; Debugging desirable and at best programming knowledge) Wide-ranging knowledge and experience in business process modeling as well as IT project management and ITIL Knowledge of the support of SAP-EWM interfaces and the connection of non-SAP systems (e.g. MFS, PickbyVoice, high-bay storage systems etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-responsible action combined with active teamwork and a result-oriented operation High service and service orientation combined with high flexibility, durability and readiness to use Intercultural competence and project-related (international) readiness (10-20%)
