About us: Your Mission, Your task is to turn service strategies into seamless operational reality. You are the architect of our process landscape, ensuring that high-level designs arelisten into consistent, logical, and user-friendly documentation. You act as a vital sparring partner to our Service Process Experts, refining the ''How'' and building the global framework that allows our local units to excel.

Your Role Scope and lead projects in the context of operational excellence and service transformation

Build & lead cross-functional, divers, global project teams, ensure projects are delivered in time and budget

Drive continues operational excellence as part of our DNA, support cultural transformation

Ensure usage of state-of-the art tools and processes for leading transformational projects

Establish good stakeholder management & - communication, prepare board meetings and steering committees

University degree or equivalent in the area of business administration, engineering economics, business informatics or related

5 years+ of professional experience in a global context

Solid experience in project management including knowledge on tools and processes, IPMA certification or equivalent is a plus

Industrial experience is a plus

Proven capability to drive and moderate business transformation & change at scale

Business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage
