We, the Universitätsstadt Marburg, are looking for the next possible appointment as Peedagogical staff, specialist supervision and quality development for stationary youth assistance for our Field service 59 – planning, control and quality development at the Youth Office.

This is a unlimited part-time job with 19.5 hours of work.

The grouping takes place according to the qualification and fulfilment of the tariff conditions according to the S 15 tariff group of the public service collective agreement (TVöD-SuE).

Your profile

• You have a professional qualification as a Diplom-Socialarbeiter*in, Diplom-Socialpädagog*in each with state recognition, Diplom-Pädagog*in or have a Bachelor degree in the field of education, social work, childhood education, special education or a comparable degree
• You are also entitled to apply if you have a Master's degree in these courses.
• They ideally already have well-founded expertise in SGB VIII and HKJGB and have experience in the field of work with or in stationary facilities of youth assistance, also in work with young refugees
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within the framework of legal possibilities
• Sovereign and appreciative appearance towards the supporters of youth assistance
• Embossed communicative skills and competencies in discussion and moderation
• They have intercultural competence
• They are reliable and have organisational skills

Your tasks

• They take over the home supervision according to § 45 ff SGB VIII and control the quality development with the stationary carriers according to § 79a SGB VIII
• They ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards
• You organize and coordinate the type-approval procedures
• They work closely with the local supporters of stationary youth assistance and the national youth
• They support and support the institutions in implementing legal requirements
• They promote quality development through dialogue procedures to ensure successful cooperation between public and free youth support providers
• They define results, structure and process qualities through mutual understanding processes
• They implement and implement quality development agreements in cooperation with the participating institutions to ensure high-quality stationary youth assistance for young people
