Controlling regulatory ESG requirements of HDI Germany risk carriers (CSRD / ESRS, EU-Taxonomy, SFDR, LkSG, EmpCo) Development and implementation of the sustainability strategy of HDI Deutschland in the Group context Management of cross-sector working groups including internal and external cutting point management Provision and plausibility of ESG-relevant KPI for corporate reporting (e.g. taxonomy, emissions) Commenting and quality assurance in the ESG report refund Creation of decision-making/information documents for top management and bodies Coordination and processing of ESG requests and ratings anchoring ESG knowledge through training and communication

Completed studies, e.g. in business, sustainability management, law or comparable Long-term experience in the ESG / sustainability environment, ideally in the financial or insurance sector deep knowledge of relevant ESG regulatory; Examination context of advantage Imprinted analysis and design strength as well as data and KPI affinity Ability to understand complex regulatory requirements and their pragmatic implementation Sovereignty in stakeholder management at top management level as well as pronounced communication and moderation capability Above-average performance, resilience and prioritization skills, coupled with high earnings orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
