IT support: You support our employees in technical issues and troubleshoot hardware, software and networks. Jobs & Cash Systems: You install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and our cash register systems in the branches. System monitoring: You monitor our IT systems, identify potential problems early and help minimize downtime. User management: You manage user accounts as well as access rights and secure system access. Data security: You support data backups and the implementation of security and data protection measures. Software & Updates: You maintain operating systems and software applications and keep them up to date. Cooperation: You work with external IT service providers and accompany technical projects and requirements. Documentation & Training: You document technical solutions and support our employees in handling IT systems

You have completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or comparable qualifications. You ideally bring professional experience in IT support or system administration. You have good knowledge of hardware, software and network technology. You are safe in handling operating systems, applications and common IT hardware. You have a good understanding of IT security, data protection and secure operation of IT systems. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview of technical challenges. You are strong in communication and are happy to work in the team.
