The office is an internal service provider of the entire organization, including the individual subsidiaries. The more than 35 facilities and services are located both in Herzogenaurach and in the county of Erlangen-Höchstadt. For the office we are looking for the next time Head of Finance and Controlling (m/w/d) in full time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week

Responsibility for finance, controlling and accounting Monitoring of cost accounting, compiling budget planning and managing liquidity management Establishment of income, financial and investment planning and economic calculations structuring and coordination of the annual financial statements and accompaniment with the tax advisor Monitoring project budgets and use of funds conceptual and methodological development of controlling instruments; Further development and digitization of processes and structures in finance professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Accounting and billing

completed economic studies focusing on finance and accounting or comparable qualifications multiannual experience in financial management, ideally with management responsibility IT affinity as well as comprehensive knowledge of MS Office programs – ideally also in dealing with DATEV Experience in Non Profit Area is desirable high problem-solving capability, analytical thinking and implementing power dedicated, independent and team-oriented personality
