This profile will help you as an employee Team Assistant / Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d):

• Commercial training or comparable qualification, also for participants with talent to work into structured processes
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of English language desirable
• Secure handling of MS-Office and a good technical understanding
• Fun in dealing with people and strong communication

Your future tasks as an employee Team Assistant / Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d):

• Adoption of requests (telephone & mails) by the Bank's colleagues on technical and organizational issues
• Self-dissolving orders or forwarding to downstream entities
• Working with process optimization
