The Role

• You take the network application in the indoor service and accompany the network connection of our photovoltaic systems from the beginning to the end.
• To ensure that our projects can be implemented smoothly, you collect all relevant information and prepare the documents for registration with the respective network operators carefully.
• You work closely with internal interfaces, our customers as well as external partners and ensure transparent communication.
• As a central operator for network operators, you respond to queries quickly and in a solution-oriented manner to ensure efficient and rapid processing of registrations.
• In addition, you coordinate the last steps in the registration process, e.g. the change of counters together with customers, network operators and electricians.

• You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• You have ideally experience in network connection, customer service or technical expertise.
• You are interested in photovoltaics, data, technical and administrative aspects of customer projects.
• You have basic IT skills - work with graphics, texts and our Salesforce suite.
• You work structured, precise, reliable and efficient.
• You want to help shape the growth of Svea Solar and support the team in optimizing our processes.
