At the German sales center in the heart of Berlin, we control sales and service and bring our vehicles to the streets with thought-out strategies, processes and prices. As part of the strategic project “Sales of the Future” we are currently introducing direct sales for the German market. The aim is to design business models and sales systems for cars and vans in a future-proof, flexible and uniform manner within Mercedes-Benz AG. With five colleagues, our project team “MBD/VZ Applications & Roll-out” forms the interface between the departments and IT in Germany and the region of Europe. We are responsible for the rollout of the new system landscape, coordinate IT-wide challenges with a view to a successful go-live and drive exciting IT and data science projects in addition. As an intern*in you will become part of our project core team and gain deep insights into a future-oriented transformation project. Your duties include: Analysis and documentation of our sales system landscape – from the first test drive to the online store to the delivery of the vehicle Organization, implementation and follow-up of workshops with experts from business and IT Creation of decision templates, project status reports and progress analyses for project and management Milestone planning and tracking of IT applications in close cooperation with Product Ownern Participation in rollout, migration & cutover of various IT systems Support for escalations and methodological questions in the project Cooperation with other IT and data science initiatives within the framework of the project

That's what you bring: Studies of (economic) informatics, information technology, BWL or comparable courses Very good knowledge of German and English for cooperation with international project partners Interest in digital business processes, technological trends and modern sales models Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Teamability, communication strength and a structured, analytical way Knowledge of sales structures in the premium segment or car house processes is advantageous Motivation and flexibility – you bring your own initiative in calmer project phases and keep a cool head in intensive phases Since we work as a project team in a dynamic, often volatile environment, an open, proactive attitude is particularly important What we offer you: Insight into a central transformation project of Mercedes-Benz AG Responsibility and independent tasks in a dynamic environment Modern working methods and an open, committed team Flexible working hours, hybrid working Very good chances of taking over as a working student after the internship Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
