Trainee Transport Management (m/w/x)

As a Trainee Transport Management (m/w/x) you will become part of our ASPIRE Traineee Program in Gütersloh from 01.10.2025 and will learn our modern transport processes in 18 months as well as exciting areas such as strategic customer management, project management and transport operations - with steep learning curve and best prospects for your expert career.

Customer and project support: You accompany our Transport Business Partners in the proactive support of Key Account Management in new customer implementation and optimization of transport networks Analysis and Process Optimization: In cooperation with internal stakeholders, you analyze existing processes, develop suggestions for improvement and work on projects to increase efficiency and quality System integration: In close coordination with IT, you accompany the implementation of new and international customers as well as carriers in our transport management system SAP TM Agile's project management: You participate in the further development and standardization of our agile project processes and contribute to ensuring high quality of service Operational insights: Central areas such as billing, forwarding/line haul and escalation management get to know firsthand and gain a comprehensive insight into the operating transport business

Education: You have successfully completed your studies in a business-related area with a focus on transport, logistics or supply chain or just before graduation Practical experience: Through internships or student activities, you have already gained practical knowledge in transport management and want to further deepen your knowledge Working: You work analytical, structured and solution-oriented, work independently and responsibly and are a real team player Language skills: Representative communication skills in German and English complete your profile
