Product Manager Life Insurance (m/f/d)

You want to bring sales, product and market together and really move something? Then take over a role in which you take responsibility, set impulses and actively develop our life insurance products.

You are central: contact person:in the field of life insurance products (in particular occupational inability and risk life) for the needs of German doctors' insurance and German doctors.

You introduce target group-oriented requirements for products and services in the AXA Group and the German Medical Insurance, represent their perspective in relevant bodies, shoots and projects and accompany the implementation of product adaptations (e.g. testing of the consulting software).

You are responsible for the successful marketing of our products in the sales channels and take an active role in the further development of sales promotion measures - in close coordination with sales and marketing.

You can arrange sales close by regular exchange with product supervisors:inside, regional managers:inside and target group managers:inside as well as by visiting on site and participating in forums and meetings.

You are contact:in for product managers:inside life and sales trainers:inside, it supports current product information and, if necessary, carries out training - especially in case of product launches.

You analyze market, competitors and ratings with a view to relevant target groups, prepare the results for addressing (e.g. for management and sales) and introduce them into product development.

You also take over cross-departmental tasks and actively take you beyond your core area.

You have prior knowledge of life insurance, especially in the field of risk products

You have experience in the development of products, distributive speech and sales concepts as well as sales actions

You have good analytical skills and have a structured approach to complex issues as well as project work

You have pragmatism and a pronounced conceptual strength

You like to work independently and have high quality standards

Your sovereignty and communication strength characterize you

You have a basic understanding of the costing of insurance products

You are safe in handling MS Office applications as well as popular digital communication channels
