You love taking responsibility and want to accompany construction projects, not only? As a project manager, you take over the key role of our project – and shape challenging building projects from scratch. Your choices count, your will to design is in demand, your team follows your vision.

Your mission:

Team leadership with passion: Motivate and guide your team through all phases of the project – from the first idea to the turnkey handover. Turntable for project success: You are the first contact for our customers! Control the communication and cooperation between builders, authorities, subcontractors and specialist engineers – and ensure a smooth construction process. Project management on top level: Keep the threads in your hands – time and cost management, quality assurance and sound decisions are part of your daily business. Procurement with vision: Select powerful partners, control their contributions and ensure the technical quality. You are confident in the inside and outside of our company, create confidence and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training Multiannual experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in turnkey commercial or industrial construction Knowledge of contracting, VOB and construction Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a collegial co-existence in entrepreneurial management Independent, structured work and real organizational talent

The location can be flexibly exercised at one of our two office locations in Hamburg. Our offices are located in Barmbek, Fuhlsbüttler Straße and in Harburg Süderelbe, Am Veritaskai.
