This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

Would you like to join a team in an innovative offer of youth assistance with your experiences and skills as a human identifier? Are you creative, act in a solution-oriented manner and can you understand behavioral vulnerabilities as management strategies? In a crisis, you see the chance of developing and changing young people? The WG Heppenheim “intensive educational” is located in a detached, modernly renovated building on the outskirts of Heppenheim. It offers space for 8 young people. A 1200 sq.m garden area with basketball court and other diverse options invites you to outdoor activities.

How does your day look like • They help young people to calm down, develop into independent personalities to lead a self-responsible life • With a special staff key of 1:1 you have plenty of time and support, advise and accompany with empathy and humor children and youth in all areas of daily life • The structure of the day is characterized by a creative and sporty supply structure - with connected workshop and sports room in the building • In institutional cooperation with the Youth Office and caregivers/premiers, child and youth psychiatry, you develop ideas and opportunities for repatriation to the family or appropriate follow-up measures
