As a Team Leader at CHEP, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. YOUR MISSION – WHAT WILL YOU DO? **

Lead and supervised daily operations within the plant or warehouse. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to meet production targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement best practices. Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, safety, and team performance. Promote CHEP's values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion in all team activities. Managing the stocks to the agreed levels together with the planning department. Control the costs by controlling costs, materials, equipment and energy consumption.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain. Strong understanding of operational processes and safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. English language is a must, Polish language is preferred. Ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience with performance metrics and continuous improvement tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
