We are waiting for you to keep an eye-catching attitude with the residents, value-adding exchange in the team and an excellent communication culture! Located rurally with a great garden and at the same time close to the city with good infrastructure - this is our residential group PM3 in the powder mill path in Nieder-Ramstadt / Mühltal. In three modernly designed apartments on three levels, we support 8 middle-aged residents with different intensive educational focuses on individual and person-centric, just as they need.

How does your day look like • Together in the team you create a clearly structured everyday life and the leisure time of our residents in individual and group settings and promote their social participation • You have time for real relationship work - whether in life-structural areas, in social-emotional development or in leisure activities • As part of reference services, you will help build an individual aid network, promote client strengths and contribute significantly to human-centric goals • If necessary, you will also ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs, you work closely with the team, relatives, legal advisors and our experts
