How your day looks like • In direct collaboration with exciting people, you take a lot of time for individual, holistic care and promote your own competences of the residents to preserve and strengthen them. • By actively designing and developing individual support concepts, you enrich our team through your specialist expertise • You plan leisure activities, organize excursions and promote active participation in social life - whether on site or on trips • You use alternative forms of communication, develop viable structures and use our proven concept for people with reduced language skills • In a family atmosphere, you will strengthen the community through joint activities, meals and diverse offers • Encourage our clients to express their wishes, to trust things and try new things!
