You support our customers in their concerns and answer questions about the entire product and service offer of ista. The coordination of all timely services (including reading, billing, assembly, replacement, complaint) for large customers is one of your everyday tasks. You're trying to find a good solution for our customers. In doing so, you ask for compliance with our quality standards. You show fingertips with customers with critical concerns. You can communicate with our customers orally, by phone, in writing by e-mail and letter. Your tasks include data maintenance on the PC. You are active in virtual appointments with individually assigned large customers (B2B) regarding the entire product and service portfolio. In case of need, you will process transactions relating to property / property damage

You are communicative and motivated to learn new things. Ideally, you have completed training or several years of experience in the commercial sector. You are happy to find solutions together with the team and offer our customers a good service. You have the will to take care of services by 5:00, 8:00 or Saturday. Planning takes into account your wishes. With the PC, you'll be safe. You master the German language in word and writing at the native language level.
