You are responsible for the strategic and architectural development of the IAM landscape. You develop target images, architectural principles and roadmaps for a modern, zero-trust-enabled IAM. You analyze existing identity, role and authorization models and conduct concrete improvement measures. You control external providers in the IAM environment and ensure the quality, safety and feasibility of the solutions. You develop IAM architectures for IGA, PAM, authentication and authorization. You translate regulatory and technical requirements into sustainable IAM solutions. You evaluate new technologies and trends in the identity environment and initiate further development initiatives.

You have a degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification. You bring years of professional experience (10+ years) in the field of cyber security with a focus on IAM. You have deep experience in architecture, design and development of complex IAM landscapes. We require a strong operational understanding (e.g. IAM platforms, role models, commissioning, PAM). You have experience in the technical control of external providers. You have good knowledge of common security and identity standards (e.g. Zero Trust, ISO 27001, NIST). You bring very good knowledge of German and English.
