E-Commerce Manager Retention and Growth (m/f/d)

You control the digital newsletter strategy for our online shops in a sustainable manner and develop appropriate lead generation measures to implement a personalized impulse chain for activating and binding our target groups Conception, implementation and analysis of data-driven A/B tests for the continuous optimization of user guidance and measurable increase in conversion rate You are responsible for the implementation of target group-specific personalization routes and the optimization of rule-based recommendations with the aim of increasing conversion rate average order value You plan, control and optimise sustainable performance routes across SEM, GEO, price search machines and retargeting/remarketing - with a clear focus on ROAS and growth In addition, you are responsible for feed management in Channable and the Quality Assurance for the performance of all data feed for all relevant channels As part of your OKR set, focus on the continuous optimization of conversion rate, average order value and repurchase rate

You have a degree in economics, communication sciences, business informatics or comparable professional training You have at least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce (omnichannel retail) marketing or agency environment, with corresponding track record in retention, personalization and/or performance marketing Very good experience in managing email marketing tools (EMARSYS) and personalization software (Dynamic Yield) as well as using web analysis tools (Econda, GA4, AHREFs) can prove that A/B testing and multi-personnel personalization strategies have already been implemented Very good knowledge of google tools (AdWords, Analytics, Locker Studio) as well as sound knowledge of SEM (Google Ads), GEO, price search machines (e.g. Google Shopping, Idealo) as well as retargeting (Meta, Criteo) round your profile You have a very pronounced understanding of the process and a profound technical understanding and have a look at the detail Your strong communication and team skills help you keep the goal in mind even at a high speed of implementation You like cooperation with people and like to control team-crossing votes, bring ideas proactively and work analytically and independently You have a high empathy to weigh very well between business-side requirement and technical implementation
