Support Manager (m/w/d)

Ensuring the satisfaction of our national and international customers through proactive monitoring / classification and appointment of support processes Controlling support processes under constant control of costs and performing appropriate controlling measures Takeover of escalation management in the customer environment, possibly also on site at the customer Organization and implementation of customer-specific support meetings / workshops Interface to the supporting departments Development of existing services, products and solutions

Completed IT degree (Duale Hochschule, Fachhochschule, Universität), IT specialist training or comparable qualification Service orientation, consulting skills and communication strength Interest in complex technical questions Good understanding and high level of learning Analytical and Structured Operation as well as Organizational and Reliability Ideally experience from a comparable position in the IT environment and knowledge in handling client server systems and databases Very good knowledge of German and English
