This is what awaits you on your journey with us: You are responsible for the success of Heinemann Shops on board with excellent customer advice, high customer satisfaction and an inspiring shopping experience. You run, develop and motivate the sales team. Your handling of business statistics and reporting is routined. You are responsible for the optimal product presentation and visual merchandising. You develop, plan and coordinate sales. You're planning a close exchange with the headquarters in Hamburg and with the interfaces on board. Contract duration 4-6 months, subsequent contracts are possible. Before using the first shop manager, you will drive a contract as Shop Manager Assistant to get to know the special features on board a cruise ship.

You bring it on board: Complete vocational training in the service/commercial sector and/or multiannual professional and leadership experience in sales (preferably textiles, perfumery, jewellery) Passion for customer consulting and sales with pronounced service orientation Empathic, team-oriented leadership and ability to motivate and coach others Result and success orientation as well as understanding of key figures Organizational and sustainability in the implementation of guidelines and guidelines Joy in team-oriented work in an international working environment Communication strength and good networking skills Experience in sale on board a cruise ship of advantage Very good German and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office required
