For the largest location of CSL Behring we are currently looking for employees for our aseptic filling plants. In the area of partial production / filling, our products are filled with the highest hygiene standards and then passed on to our packaging area. From there, our products reach our patients.

Task

• Working with the format change on different systems for aseptic production and equipping the systems with sterilized tools
• logging of the work steps carried out
• operation of simple and complex machine systems such as autoclaves, high-pressure cleaners, filling systems or freeze-drying systems
• Casewise performing calculations at different process steps
• Detection, evaluation and reporting of vulnerabilities/interferences in systems and cooperation in their elimination
• Regular cleaning and disinfection of rooms and equipment
• Creating and booking process orders in SAP and applying in-process samples in the system
• Implementation of clean room monitoring by determining airborne particles by means of mobile measuring instruments

Qualities and experiences

• First professional experience in an aseptic working environment of advantage, but no condition
• Pleasure to work in a state-of-the-art work environment
• Own initiative and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented working style
• readiness to work in a shift system, i.d.R. 3-shift or full-conti system as well as for holiday and weekend work
