As a Data Analyst*in, you help us make the right personal decisions and use our employees optimally. Your focus is on the data-based analysis and processing of information about our workforce. Through your work, you create the basis for a well-founded personnel planning and contribute to aligning our HR strategy data-based. An important part of your work is the regular reporting of key figures to show the current situation transparently and to analyze deviations. These challenges include: Analysis and evaluation of large amounts of data with Python, Excel Creation of reports for HR and production Automation and optimization of existing processes Visualization of data via PowerBI Internship duration: 6 months The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or a comparable field Very good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, PowerAutomate are desirable Readiness to learn and quick understanding Teamability and Structured Operation Communication strength and creativity Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
