Collection and structured storage of input invoices and documents Preparation and cooperation for external accounting Examination and monitoring of payment flows Support in dunning and tracking of open items Communication with suppliers on questions or uncertainties Ensuring order, completeness and transparency in the document

You are available on Thursday mornings and on two more days under the week. A completed commercial training, a comparable qualification or relevant practical experience in accounting First knowledge of accounting and a good understanding of operational payment flows Safe handling of digital applications, ideally DATEV or comparable systems Structured, careful and reliable operation with a high quality awareness Self-employed and responsible work and the ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously Clear, factual communication and professional handling of internal and external contacts:inside Experience in the independent organization of the document and prioritization of operational tasks Ability to clarify facts with supplier: within defined processes
