As a commercial management, you take a key role in controlling complex naval shipbuilding large-scale projects. You are responsible for the overall economic management of a project company: from the acquisition, contract design and financing to the acceptance of the ships by the customer. Your tasks at a glance: The commercial management of the project company – from the supply phase to the collection of ships – forms the core of your activity and includes the overall economic management of all project activities. As a central business representative, you represent the project company with respect to the management, co-partners, customers and internal stakeholders, coordinate commercial decisions and conduct contract negotiations and votes. With the creation of calculations, offers and economic evaluations, you create decision bases and ensure the commercial protection of all project steps, including the monitoring, evaluation and control of the higher-level change. Your responsibility lies in the complete financial management of the project – this includes the payment plans, cash management, the control of payment flows and the coordination with the shareholders. This ensures transparency at any time about the economic situation of the project company. By actively designing and monitoring the commercial contract landscape, you ensure the correct implementation of customer and shareholder contracts, are responsible for the processing of revenue distributions and provide the necessary commercial work for the financial statements.

Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in the field of business management, economic engineering, economic law or a comparable discipline Long-term professional experience (>5 years) in commercial project execution, ideally in large projects and in public procurement Funded knowledge in procurement law, public price law (Regulation PR No. 30/53) and in commercial contract design including experience with contracting authorities (e.g. Bundeswehr) German and English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick opinion for IT tools Embossed number and contract affinity, high entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality Very good self-organization, sovereign appearance towards customers and business management as well as experience in consortial or working community structures Willingness to travel (about 25%: national and partly international)
