You advise the BMW Group worldwide on all issues relating to trademark, design and domain law as well as on general questions regarding industrial property rights. In addition, you will ensure the necessary legal protection and against third-party infringements worldwide. You negotiate various contracts with IP references (transaction, cooperation, licensing agreements, etc.) and thus ensure the best possible legal position of the BMW Group. You handle all legal matters as far as possible themselves and do not understand themselves as coordinator:in law firms. In addition, you work closely in the team and contribute to our pleasant working environment.

What are you doing? Degree in law with two predicate sexamina (both at least fully satisfied) or a comparable degree. Additional American or English degree (e.g. LL.M.) is desirable. Advanced professional experience in industrial legal protection, contract design and also in IT law. German and English skills.
