Year of training: 1.240€ Year of training: 1,400€ Year of training: 1.550€ Description Recruiting & Personal Care: You learn to coordinate the entire recruiting process and accompany applicants: from the first speech to the recruitment. You will take care of the incorporation of new employees: and make sure that they integrate well into their new tasks. Personal administration & labour law: You learn to maintain personal files and manage master files. In addition, you will independently take over the creation of work contracts and carry out pay bills, always keeping the legal basis in mind. Sales & Project Management: You get valuable insights into sales and customer acquisitions, accompany the care of existing customers and learn how to manage projects from planning to implementation. Take responsibility for yourself: You take small projects, work actively on process optimization and deal with the further development of internal processes to increase the efficiency of the company. Personal care & development: You will be accompanied by a firm contact person during your training and receive regular feedback that will help you further develop your personal strengths. Vocational school: You will go to school at the Helmut-Schmidt-Schule in Bremen 2x a week and be trained in practice.

You successfully completed your graduation. First experiences in dealing with MS Office are of advantage. You show great willingness to learn and are interested in working in a varied working day.
