To strengthen our team, we are looking for a SPA receptionist (m/w/d). Admission: by agreement Working time: 39 hours/week (digital working time account) Working days: 5-day week

professional care and advice of our guests throughout the wellness area, including check-in and check-out Responsibility for cleanliness of the spa facility and compliance provision of fresh towels and disposal of used towels Advice to our guests regarding treatments and products and the associated sale of products Active sale of treatments (mass, beauty) Sale of cosmetic products in the reception area Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, orientation features and operating times Ordinary booking, modification and cancellation of spa appointments and organization of the treatment plan Consumption of reservations and processing of guest correspondence Billing with Spa Cash Cooperation and coordination with our Masseuses and Cosmetics Observation and enforcement of house rules Regular participation in training and personnel meetings and support in these Support in all areas of spa operation upon request of spa management

Careful appearance and joy in dealing with the guest Completed training in the area of hotel/space or professional experience in a comparable position Ideal knowledge of massage or cosmetics Host*in of passion Careful certificate picture basic commercial knowledge and safe handling of money are beneficial Flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and holidays
