Receivables management: independent processing of open items. Payment inputs: Control and booking of non-ordered payment inputs on debitor accounts. Mahnwesen: independent control and execution of the Mahnlauf. Consolidated settlement: settlement and netting of receivables and liabilities of related companies. Communication: Telephone and written correspondence with customers and key account managers in German and English. Main data maintenance: Ensuring proper care of the debitor master data. Completion work: Support for financial statements and cooperation for auditors.

Training: completed commercial training, continuing training in the field of accounting desirable. Knowledge: At least basic accounting knowledge, ideally experience in debitor accounting. IT skills: Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills. Working: Self-employed, team-oriented and reliable. Languages: Good knowledge of German and English.
