You design the controlling system with a focus on process controlling and thus support the respective managers in controlling performance, quality and processes in customer processes. In order to secure our company's success in the long term, you accompany the planning and target process and thus create the basis for efficient corporate management. As a business/adviser/in our decision-makers, you carry out nominal/actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad hoc evaluations, translate them into concrete recommendations for action for our specialist areas and assist in the implementation of measures as required. In addition, you will develop suitable key figures, information and forecasting systems independently and continuously optimize the existing controlling instruments. In addition to the independent support of your fields of action, you work together with other colleagues in a hybrid team on overarching topics of the controlling.

You bring a completed study of health economics, economics or business informatics or another study with a mathematical-statistic focus. You have several years of professional experience in controlling and have at best gained experience in the system of statutory health insurance and in process controlling. You have excellent knowledge of the handling of MS Office products (especially Excel and Access) and ideally have experiences with the Business Analytics Tools (IBM Cognos Analytics and Planning Analytics). You have a strong understanding of numbers as well as an independent, structured and analytical approach, and the ability to work independently on new topics. You have a reliable knowledge of German (at least language level B2/C1).
