At the Kamen site, you play a central role as a specialist in logistics (m/w/x) at the interface between logistics, customer service and commercial processes. In a dynamic working environment, you will ensure that information flows reliably, processes work and our customers are professionally supervised. Commercial hub: You take general commercial activities and ensure a smooth run in the daily business. Interface professional: You coordinate communication between clients, logistics, customer service and specialist areas - and ensure clear, reliable information. Service expert: You enter our customers operationally, work professionally and actively contribute to a high quality of service. Analysis and reporting specialist: You create statistics, tables and reports, prepare data clearly and support sound decisions. Logistics-related all-round talent: You work closely with postal, forwarding and KEP service providers and perform tasks in documentation, process training and compliance with safety requirements.

Funded commercial basis: You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification - ideally with first experience in the logistics environment. Strong IT and system competence: You work securely with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have good SAP and EDV skills. Communicative & service-oriented: You convince by a professional appearance, clear communication and a good sense of customer needs. Structured & analytically: You bring together figure understanding, care and organizational talent and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Flexible & team-oriented: You are ready to develop professionally, to act flexibly - even in the context of shiftwork - and bring a high level of cooperation into the team.
