So your night looks like • With empathy, tranquility and empathy, you are responsible for the well-being of our residents during the evening/night hours (about 20:45-06:15) • Together with your colleague, you will regularly see if everything is okay, take away medicines and ensure the well-being of our residents • You stand with an open ear and help them to rest • You work in close cooperation with our colleagues who support you in your work
