Regional HR Business Partner Enabling Functions (m/w/d) - limited to two years

Your role: As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you play a key role in enabling functions in Europe. You act as a trusted advisor to executives and actively promote the further development of our organization. Your challenge: Strategic advice: You are business partners for executives and design the personnel strategy for the enabling functions in line with the regional and global HR agenda. Talent Development & Pipeline: You ensure the sustainability of our organization by providing targeted advice on personnel development talks and talent pilling. Implementation of HR transformation: You take responsibility for the successful implementation of HR transformation in the region and initiate effective measures. Promoting competence management: You proactively drive a holistic competence and qualification management and ensure that agreed measures are implemented. Global cooperation: You work closely with Global HRBPs as well as regional and global centers of excellence to continuously improve strategies and programs. Strengthening organisational skills: You support the implementation of HR strategies, programs and tools to sustainably expand the performance of Enabling Functions

Your profile: Education: Successful degree in economics, organizational management, psychology/social sciences, law or comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in the automotive industry Expertise: proven experience in cooperation with top decision-makers in the company Ability to implement business requirements in practical HR solutions

Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing Personality: Modern understanding and passion for personal work at eye level Embossed communication capability at all levels Enforcement, resilience and sensitivity as well as structured and analytical methods Strong intercultural competence
