In the HR Planning & Data Analytics MO / MO team, you will work together with highly motivated and friendly colleagues, to design the digitalization, automation and standardization of the personnel planning processes for Mercedes-Benz Operations. We look forward to your support!

These challenges include: Active cooperation in the optimization and further development of the HR KPI dashboard using innovative IT tools for automated data processing and visualization (e.g. with the help of PowerBI and KNIME)

Creation of scenarios or situation analyses on personal-planet topics and execution of ad hoc and special evaluations

Operational support in the daily business of the team colleagues, including the creation of monthly reports, analysis and preparation of specific key figures

Designing modern and attractive management presentations in PowerPoint

Creativity of standards and optimizations of personnel planning and reporting processes in the Mercedes-Benz Group

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Study programme in the field of economic engineering, economic information technology, computer science or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI)

self-employment, commitment, analytical understanding, creativity, initiative, high communication and team capability
