As part of our IP/IT team, you help our clients evaluate the legal challenges in IP and IT law, develop innovative solutions for them and implement them together with them. We support both topics such as intellectual property and industrial property law as well as in the field of competition and data protection law and enforce the rights of our customers in court and out of court. Work in a multidisciplinary team on exciting projects and face IP and IT challenges.

For our Legal Business Unit, we are looking for you as a lawyer IP, IT, Commercial (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Consultation - You are constantly advising national and international clients in all IT, AI and data law issues. Tasks - You evaluate questions and develop solutions in data protection and in the new regulation on data law and cyber security law. The creation and evaluation of contracts in the IT and procurement area complete your task. Expertise - You develop a specialization in IT, AI and data law and collect interdisciplinary experience that goes beyond the pure legal spectrum.

That's what you bring You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. Ideally with a focus on IT or data protection law. A doctorate in these legal areas is welcome. Your analytical skills allow you to quickly process complex legal issues. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile. In addition to working in the Düsseldorf office, there is a possibility for home office.
