to ensure project processing, construction management, coordination and monitoring of construction services for investment measures, and measures for the maintenance and repair of buildings; to carry out tendering and award procedures for construction measures; to take over building tasks (construction management and construction support), to monitor the completed architectural and engineering contracts and to monitor the accounting of the services according to HOAI; to control project controlling and the billing of construction services, to initiate the procedure for the approval of construction measures and the investment and budgeting for construction, renovation and renovation measures.
