Compliance Officer Kartellrecht (m/f/d)

You support the consistent implementation of the compliance strategy and the implementation of the compliance program, including processes, reporting and documentation, and maintain independently selected business areas within the Materials Services segment You advise independently as a reliable contact person:in (m/w/d) companies, organs and employees with a focus on (distributive) antitrust law and actively participate in business decisions. This includes, in particular, antitrust advice on sales models, operational projects and the testing and creation of contracts In addition, you support and advise current and innovative digitalization projects worldwide, potential M&A transactions and cross-border compliance projects You conduct workshops and training independently and promote compliance culture and awareness within the business unit You identify any compliance risks in all areas of the Materials Services business worldwide and support the implementation of risk mitigating measures and the continuous development of the antitrust compliance management system

You have a successfully completed degree in law You have several years of professional experience in a firm and/or a company in the field of antitrust law and are used to move in an international context You have high analytical skills and understand themselves as a team player You are characterized by a safe occurrence and high communication capability You are a highly motivated/self-starter:in and take responsibility You have knowledge of English with a high degree of negotiation You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
