This profile brings you as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d):

• Ideally completed training as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable occupation in the metal industry
• Projektleiter (m/w/d)
• Certificate for the management of industrial trucks, as well as medical certificate
• Multiannual professional experience in metalworking or processing desirable
• Good knowledge of measuring technology and reading drawings
• Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system

Your future tasks as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d):

• Production of high quality products according to valid drawing
• Roughing and setting up of production facilities and tools, including quality management
• Continuous process and quality monitoring and appropriate documentation
• implementation of prescribed maintenance work, and support in maintenance work on the production plant
• Support for repair work by tool maintenance, as well as the introduction of new tools and equipment
• Active support for various logistics tasks (e.g. preparation of packaging, internal transport, etc.)
• Participation in the incorporation of new employees and temporary workers
