You are the first contact point for our customers from dental practices and direct sales markets in Germany and the UK – by phone and email You support our international trader network with administrative tasks You take care of the smooth handling of orders and customer requests You always keep customer accounts in our ERP and CRM system After intensive training, you will become an expert for our products and advise laboratories and dentists You actively support customer relationships and contribute to long-term partnerships You work closely with our sales team and support their daily work

A completed commercial training or comparable background You are motivated and open to new challenges – also as a professional beginner! Experience with goods management systems (ERP) is a plus, but no need You work structured, reliable and independent Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are required Good knowledge of English is required, more languages are welcome! You know MS Office (Word & Excel) Optional: Experience in the distribution of medical devices or dental products
