Production controller (m/f/d)

For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a production controller (m/w/d).

Business Partnering: You act as a central contact for the head of the Heidelberg plant and its team. Performance tracking and support: You support factory management in the creation and analysis of important KPIs, explain business-oriented relationships and show opportunities as well as potential optimization measures. Cost planning: You accompany the functions of the plant through the planning process and ensure the targeted and efficient implementation of central requirements. CO-monthly conclusion: You are responsible for the CO-monthly financial statements for the Heidelberg parent company and for the connected headquarters. Process optimization: You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, e.g. in the context of simplifying the cost center and transfer structure.

Academic background: You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring at least five years of relevant experience in production controlling and have knowledge in accounting according to HGB. SAP competence: You work safely with SAP CO/FI and ideally also have knowledge in the MM module. Software knowledge: You control Excel at expert level; Experience in dealing with BI-Excel-Add-ins like Analysis for Office is beneficial. You are characterised by an independent, structured and responsible way of working. Personal strengths: You convince by team capacity, trustworthiness and sovereign communication. Language knowledge: You can communicate safely in word and writing in German and can also express yourself very well in English.
