Then come to our team, introduce your passion as Recruiter (m/w/x) and help us grow further at our two locations Heideloh & Landsberg. ARE YOU ON IT? You become the interface between man and possibility. Your focus is on the overall recruiting of specialists from a logistics location. You know where to find suitable talents - whether online on job platforms or offline at trade fairs and events. You bring your experience from time work or personnel service in a targeted manner. You can also keep an overview of many open positions - speed and prioritization are in your blood. You're home in recruiting. You go to work structured and focused along our standards and processes. Even with a variety of open vacancies, you never lose the overview. A sense of urgency, a good organization and a good eye for priorities are the basis of your advisory role for you. Posting job advertisements and social media? Can you - but not 08/15. You develop texts that not only inform, but inspire. Whether through traditional channels, online campaigns or new and unconventional ways - you know where they work best. You continue developing our recruiting strategies. With a good sense of trends and target groups, you will find the right ways to position our employer brand authentically and closely - exactly where it should work. Design our organization: You control your recruiting processes independently and with a view to the essentials. From requirement analysis, screening, online assessments and digital interviews to final selection in local discussions - you are here and meet well-founded pre-selections with a secure sense of matching the candidates. You are close to the team - also spatially. If support is required at another location, you are flexible! Your willingness to travel brings movement to the team without you constantly traveling.

Multiannual experience in recruiting, ideally in the commercial or logistic environment and/or in the staff service Creativity and desire for new ways in the speech - e.g. via social media or events Sovereign appearance, communication strength and consulting competence readiness for occasional journeys within Germany Successfully completed studies in HR/Personnel, BWL, Psychology or comparable training Very good German knowledge and good English skills
