With your team, you will perform all metal construction work to manufacture and extend our special containers and metal assemblies. You operate independently according to technical documentation and control the safe handling of all common tools and machines in steel construction. You guide and support your team and monitor their work quality and results. You structure and organize the workflows and appointments in the steel construction of the projects entrusted to you. You document the work results and monitor production dates. You communicate with all relevant departments. You ensure compliance with workflows, safety and quality and work with their improvement and optimization.

You can demonstrate a successful training as a construction engineer, locksmith, or comparable. You have several years of professional experience in steel construction. You already have first experience in managing employees as a foreman or team leader. You have good knowledge of the common welding processes, especially MAG. You work in a solution-oriented and customer-oriented manner and are used to deliver a high quality of work. You are a real team player, work conscientiously and adapt to new situations easily. You work in a structured manner and have an exceptional organizational talent. You are versed in handling common computer systems and programs. A further education as a master would be desirable.
