Your tasks: Planning, coordination and control of the tasks of the KompetenzCenter with eight employees Result Responsibility for the CompetenceCenter Commercial Customers (sales controlling, success accounting, management of activities, target agreements, objectives, initiation of measures) Supporting a smaller customer portfolio Cooperation with the agents of the affiliates, credit institutions and insurance companies Early recognition of credit risk Market observation Presentation at (service) events as well as network care and development Your profile: You bring with... a completed training to the bank clerk, a successfully completed training (sparkassenbetriebswirt or comparable), multiannual experience in active business (qualified advice) and leadership, above-average sales and sales orientation in our own profit center, a high degree of flexibility, self-confident appearance, good persuasion and strong initiative.
