One of the most modern production facilities in the automotive industry worldwide – with this ambitious description, the success story of the Mercedes-Benz plant Rastatt began in 1992. With around 6,000 employees, it is the largest employer in the region. In the Rastatt plant, the A- and B-class as well as the GLA, the fully electric EQA and the new CLA are built. The Rastatter compact car production covers the entire range of modern drive technologies with burners, plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles. As a personnel department on site, we are contact persons for executives and employees of all areas. Join us as an intern in the role of the HR Business Partner and become part of the team. These challenges include: Collaboration and orientation: Support for personnel managers in operations of integration management (BEM), such as organisation and coordination of discussions, implementation of measures for reintegration after illness-related absence Participation in job placements within the work, e.g. preparation and follow-up, as well as participation in personnel selection meetings Participation in the coordination and implementation of personnel measures (e.g. transfers, dismissals,...) Support of personnel managers in personnel talks Cooperation in implementing disciplinary measures in cooperation with our lawyers Transformation: Participation in the ongoing development of the area with the focus on innovation and digitization Working on exciting personal projects Culture: Possibility to hospitate (and possibly support) in all areas of HR work on site, e.g. personnel planning, labour law and labour policy, remuneration, training..)
