In your role, you control and monitor transport processes and cooperation with terminals and service providers in the intermodal network. You make sure that all processes are efficiently interlocked and agreed performance and time requirements are reliably adhered to. With a clear look for solutions, you can provide proactive and transparent communication with our customers – especially with deviations or disturbances. The coordination of loading and unloading processes as well as the organisation of replacement and recharging units are also part of your responsibility. In the event of irregularities, you will take appropriate measures in close coordination with internal and external partners. Carefully and structured, you can handle the collection and maintenance of all transport-relevant data in our IT systems. The analysis of processes as well as the creation of evaluations and reports actively supports the further development of our processes. In close cooperation with the customer service, you ensure a smooth flow of information and a structured layer transfer.

As a basis, you bring a completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in disposition, transport planning or operational logistics. A safe handling of transport and operating sequences as well as common IT systems, especially MS Office, is of course for you. Your work is characterized by analytical thinking, structure and a pronounced focus on solutions. In dealing with customers and service providers, you are convinced by communication strength and professionalism. Team spirit, self-initiative and resilience are the same as your sense of responsibility. Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
