Foreman Painter (m/f/d)

Industrial painting work on our special containers. Planning and organization of the workflows and dates in the painting. You lead and support your employees. Independent processing of the painting jobs. Preparing the surfaces (grinding, sprinkle etc.). Paint in the airless process. Conducting sealing work. You monitor the quality and work results of your team (painting results, layer thicknesses). Preparation including repair and control work. Compliance with occupational safety. Documentation of work results and material consumption. Help in optimizing workflows.

You can demonstrate a successful training for industrial painters (m/w/d), painters (m/w/d), painters (m/w/d) or the like. You already have first experience in managing employees. Professional experience in painting and good experience of industrial spraying (airless method). You are familiar and safe in handling computer systems. You work structured, carefully, have a good awareness of quality and exceptional organizational talent. You are a real team player, work conscientiously and adapt to new situations easily. A further education as a master would be desirable.
