Management of digitalization projects with focus on HR processes Implementation of process analyses and optimizations in the field of SAP-HCM Implementation of HR modules for different HR areas Development of reporting and controlling instruments holistic application support of the SAP system landscape Customizing support Control and coordination of external service providers Representation of SAP HCM module supervisor

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management, economics or a comparable subject or a comparable, completed training with corresponding additional qualification and several years of relevant professional experience In-depth professional experience in the control and monitoring of digitalization projects In-depth knowledge in project management are advantageous Knowledge of SAP HCM High understanding of services Understanding HR business processes Problem solving and proactive approach High level of consulting competence Team, organizational and communication skills Very good knowledge of popular MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) Class B driving licence
