Become a facility manager as an object manager (m/w/d) building cleaning in full time for our Marburg and Biedenkopf location.

Your tasks: ✓ Organisation of the workflow ✓ Personal needs planning and selection ✓ Implementation of quality controls and treatment of complaints ✓ Schedule design and creation of work plans ✓ Preparatory work for wage billing ✓ Training and instruction in working methodology and occupational safety and their verification. This also includes monitoring safety regulations ✓ Ordering and material consumption monitoring

We expect: ✓ A well-kept appearance ✓ Good ways of dealing and speech ✓ Good team and communication skills ✓ Experience in building cleaning / hotel industry advantageous ✓ Management experience

Working time ✓ Full time 40 hours per week / Monday to Friday
